17# Still Waiting

so if any of you have read my other blog you would have read the post about going on holiday for my birthday last year, if not then i'll fill you in. last year me and my now ex boyfriend were planning to go to this amazing resort in Gran Canaria during the summer for a birthday celebration for me, but never managed to as he sucks trying to save money for anything so i ended up paying for us just to go southern england as he hadn't even managed to sort out his passport. it was all a waste of time and money if you ask me. one of the worst holidays i've been on, if you can call it a holiday that is. but anyway, you may be thinking Gran Canaria? Why? but this resort is actually rather nice, near the beach and city centre and in the summer its nice and hot. it has 7 amazing pools, 2 restaurants, water sports, diving, horse riding, just sounds like a holiday i'd been extremely happy on and wouldn't have a day to just sit watching tv.

its just massive and the skyline looks amazing, its like a mini paradise.

and yes i know its all professional photography so it looks a hundred times more amazing but its still pretty outstanding i think.

its simple but yet so elegant.

and the standard room are well just slightly more than standard, but that could just be my opinion, i dont do hotels on holiday with family, we are always in apartments.

so if you havent caught on yet with most of my 'song of the day' posts then i better explain. yes i have a new fella and he's great. im not saying much more because he is reading this and more than likely about to message me with 'aww no fair' and now that he's read it, will probably change to 'how did you know'. simple answer im just clever. but its all great, he's taller so i can wear my heels again finally. missed them so much for the last 2 years. been shopping for new shoes and everything already, could be getting ahead of myself but im sure im not. has to be said, hes amazing.

13# Get Back To Work

so like i said earlier im back to work again, running my little self around 60 hours a week. i dont mind the hours, it doesnt seem like a lot when im working because generally im having fun and enjoying the day. i do still appreciate my days off though. they go so fast but it defiantly is needed every so often to just escape and relax. not doing a great job at escaping much at the moment as im living on site and it just takes to long to go home and come back again. having to look at changing my contract soon though. im still on my zero hour contract so should really think about moving to 40 hours. just havent yet decided which will be better for me to be on. i enjoy mine at the moment because i can choose my shifts and have random weeks off without needing to put it in writing, then again 40 hours gives me my holiday pay and should stop me working so many hours every week. let me know what you think.

12# Catch Up

got reminded the other day i havent posted for a while. didn't realise it had been this long though. came back from my little trip and straight back to work so havent had any free time to update you all. so my trip was great, really enjoyed it and relaxed so much. wish it never really ended to be fair, i could easily do it every month or so if had the money and time. had a wonderful massage and facial, and even had a luxury pedicure and got my nails done all sparkley. i love sparkle.

11# Packed Up

so im all finished packing for my few nights away. im sure im gonna forget something, what women doesnt? and obviously ive packed my comfy clothes, cant go anywhere without my super cosy socks and my trackies. i got my hair all trimmed today so no more split ends finally. its so short though, cant believe all my work in growing it out has to start again. just have to wear my extensions a bit longer i guess. not too sure whether to pack them or not, will definitely be a late minute decision.

10# Happy New Year

so happy new year guys. hope you all had a good night last night, counting down the last few seconds of 2011. anyone got any hard new years resolutions for this year? i dont do resolutions, probably because i never follow them through. if i feel the need to change i'll do it then and there for whatever reason not wait for the new year. i know im going to try and do some things this year different. rather boring and pathetic ones to most people but it means a bit more to me. i will make sure i get some photos up for the other night for you guys to see. if i can get the videos i took on here i will upload them too, you will have to excuse me screaming, i was rather loud and excited. but i had a wonderful time, couldn't stop smiling all night.
